Madelon's Recent Purchase An Adora Outfit For Her Dolls!

Today I am sharing Madelon's recent purchases and fun finds!
"I am really enjoying this outfit which came from Zulily. The Adora website prices it at $29.99, but it was $12 to $14 on Zulily."
"The jacket was tighter in the sleeves on Grace. As the jacket was red, I kept the dolls vinyl and body covered with a long sleeve top."
Madelon loves the detail in this outfit.
Look at the ruffle and pocket! So cute!

Madelon paired it with Ugg Style Boots, This is a great outfit and a truly fun find!

Welcome To Madelon's Sundae Halloween Party

Welcome To Madelon's Sundae Halloween party! Today Madelon shares her tips to setting up the perfect dolly Halloween party using items you may already have and items you can find inexpensively to create the perfect scene for your dolls Halloween party!
Using Dollar Store Erasers and Lip Gloss Sundae's Madelon sets the perfect party spread.

She dressed her doll in Halloween colors, got a Halloween Tree and decorated it with spider web and pumpkin doll sized ornaments. You can find these at your local big box, craft stores or dollar stores they add some doll sized fun to your doll room!
Don't have a doll room? Use black foam boards to create a back drop for your doll room. My dollar store cares them in lots of different colors and you can also find them at Staples.
Pencil toppers and erasers make the perfect dolly treats!
I love that the dolls can hold them as well.
Display your doll sized treats on cupcake stands look for them in the kitchen section of your TJMaxx, or Marshals stores, in Canada Dollarama sells them!
The little erasers make the perfect doll sized sugar cookies, $1 a bag and more then your doll could ever eat!
Add dollar store lace or ribbon to your dolls chairs to dress them up for the special event!
Thank you Madelon for setting the scene for our party! As with all our posts we would love to hear from you so please leave us a comment here or email us at karenmowen@gmail.com

New At My Michael's Store

I was wandering through Michael's for some craft supplies when what did my wandering eyes spy but a new line of 18 inch dolls!
New from Creatology there are 4 new dolls and accessory sets.
I was really surprised to find this new line of dolls in store and a bit excited too, I love their little faces! Other then their price of $34.99 and the photos I am sharing here I know very little of these dolls. I look forward to hearing from you all what you think about them.

Look For Candles Shaped As Birthday Cake!

Madleon sent me these photos back in September of a little candle she found that looks like a birthday cake. It's small size is perfect for doll play!
Lots of great detail on this little candle!
Keep your eyes out for items like these you can add to your collection, if you are worried about them being a candle simply trim the wick level to the cake and you have the perfect accessory!
Thank you Madelon for this idea!

More Love For The Our Generation Dolls!

Madelon kindly sent in photos of some of the newer Our Generation dolls. I love the simplicity of this ballerina doll.
Violet Anna is the perfect starter doll, she doesn't have a complicated outfit and she is sweet as can be! She reminds me of my niece when I took her to Ballet for the first time.
Karmyn is also ready to come home and she has a tween trendy look to her.
I wished this sweeter came in my size!  There is so much to love in the Our Generation Isle at your Target stop by and see what Madelon and I agree is a great doll line!
