Sew This Sunday Beach Towels

Last week we shared the free pattern for a swimsuit and now we are sharing a great free pattern from Pixiefaire and Matilda's Closet . I love that this is a beginner pattern and what beginners can learn from making these fun towels for their dolls. These would make wonderful gifts and additions to this years dolly advent calendar too!  I also love the idea that doll lovers can make these for their friends or as part of a party craft, sunday school or summer camp activity.

Sew This Sunday A Hooded Doll Blanket!

I just found this tutorial on http://candacetodd.blogspot.ca/2009/06/hooded-doll-blanket-tutorial.html for a hodded blanket and I wish I had this years ago! I love this and as a big fan of Bitty Babies this could easily be adapted to fit!
