Tea Time Fabric Panel EASTER DRESS

Easter is going to sneak up on me this year like Christmas often does! This year the Easter long weekend is at the end of March and that means it is time to get sewing!
I love these ruffles and the tween inspired look and this is a dress my nieces would love to wear!
