Karen Mom of Threes Craft Blog Dolly Summer School Last Week!

What a summer it has been and what a treat to have had you join us here for a look back at some of our favorite craft tutorials of the last 5 years. Today marks the end of our Summer School and we hope that you have truly enjoyed it as much as we have. Welcome back to Dolly Summer School today is one of my most favorite themes Tea Parties. I love tea and tea parties in my daily life and creating them for dolls and my nieces is always so much fun. Here are some tea time craft tutorials I hope you will enjoy!
Tea Cozy is a must for your dolls and this tutorial I did for Doll Diaries is low to no sew as you can glue them easily! This is a fun felt and button craft I hope you will consider. Click here for the tutorial.

Karen Mom of Three's Craft Blog Dolly Summer School- Camping Crafts

Welcome to our Dolly Camping Craft Summer School.
Glam Camping is all the rage and using some gem stickers, and fun tape I created a great play set for year round camping and shared it on Doll Diaries. Click here to see this fun play set tutorial.

Camping themed crafts are such fun to do and I loved making this mini doll tent for daydream doll boutique. Click here for the tutorial. 

My favorite craft from camping last year was this one where I used clear tape and cut outs from the flyers to create doll sized realistic items to fill the cooler. Click here for my Doll Diaries tutorial.

Karen Mom of Three's Craft Blog Dolly Summer School- Easy Sew Projects

Thank you for joining us this week for our Summer School  Easy Sew Projects. Even if you are new to sewing, thinking about getting a machine or have sewn for years we hope you will enjoy this weeks projects.

One of the first sewing projects I ever did for my doll was turning this baby Christmas gown I got at a yard sale for 50 cents into a perfect ball gown. My tutorial can be found by clicking here.

I had so much fun creating dolly casts and this hospital gown when I started sewing and I shared my tutorial here on my blog. Click here for the tutorial and pattern.

My niece Trinity asked me for a neck pillow for her doll many years ago and this was the first one I sewed and shared my pattern of, I also made one later on for Doll Diaries but here is my original tutorial click here to make your own.

So many fun memories creating the sleep mask as well. Click here for my pattern and tutorial.


My niece Laura really wanted a party hat for her dolls that would not rip so I set out and made her this one out of felt and elastic. I was so happy with how it turned out. I have shared this tutorial and pattern in many places but click here for the original one! Then here for a more step by step one.

I made a mini doll sleeping bag for Doll Diaries one year and this is a fun starting out tutorial for machine sewing. Click here for that tutorial.
