The Season Of Decorating Is Upon Us, Madelon's Fun Finds...

I am excited to say that the Season of Holiday Decorating is in full swing and there are some great finds to be had for doll lovers!

Madelon has found some great suggestions for us at great prices! Check out these mini garlands, balls and trees she has found at Target. These little stars are perfect and check out the colors!
The mini trees are priced right for doll play and would look wonderful in a girls room or doll house with the pretty pastel holiday decorations on them!
Mini tree skirts to match for the mini trees can also be made in to holiday skirts for your dolls!
Thank you Madelon for sending us in these fun find suggestions!

New 18 inch Treasured Dolls By The Queen's Treasures

Today I am very excited to write about the launch of a new doll line from The Queen's Treasures. The new Treasured Dolls have arrived and are ready for new homes! These 18 inch dolls have lovely hair, eyes and soft hug-able bodies.

Their eyes open and close as well, they are not fixed in place. I love the meet outfit with the ruffled skirt!

I am excited by these dolls and their soft features!
The dolls are ready for shipping and are even shipped to Canada. Priced just under $100 I look forward to seeing more of these lovely dolls.
To view the new Treasured Dolls please click here for The Queen's Treasures Website.

Week 17 Create To Christmas- Sofie's Dressy Dress by Sofie Clareese Fashion

Today for our 17th Create To Christmas Suggested pattern I found this one called Soffie's Dressy Dress. Offered at $3.99 on the Pixiefaire site this one caught my eye because of the neck line!
I also think it would make a lovely skating costume look as much as a formal holiday outfit. It reminds me of a band concert dress I once had.
Thank you for joining us for week 17! We look forward to sharing more ideas with you again next week! As with all our posts we would love to hear from you so please leave us a comment here or email us at karenmowen@gmail.com

In Observance of Remembrance Day

"I am a Canadian, free to speak without fear, free to worship in my own way, free to stand for what I think right, free to oppose what I believe wrong, or free to choose those who shall govern my country. This heritage of freedom I pledge to uphold for myself and all mankind."- John Diefenbaker 13th Prime Minister of Canada
Today is Remembrance day here in Canada. A day to observe and remember all those who gave their lives for the freedom we cherish here in Canada but also a day to thank those military people and families who continue to keep our country and all its people safe.
