Last October Madelon found this Conte de Fees Kiosk selling beautiful smocked dresses made in Madagascar.
This dresses are beautiful!
The color and collar on this one caught Madelon's eye! It is now her Melody doll's Spring Dress.
Although the kiosk is long gone from Madelon's local Mall, I did find them on Facebook, click here to follow their page.
