Let's Fill The Cooler! A look back at my camping inspired craft from Doll Diaries 2015

I can hardly believe that today's craft is one I did more than two years ago! Last weekend my niece PB went camping with her sisters and it got me thinking back to my camping inspired crafts that I created for Doll Diaries. This is one of my all time favorites and it is an easy and fun way to create for your dolls or the doll lover in your life, without too much mess or investment.

Craft Gossip Found A Great Tutorial For Doll Sized Ice Cream You Have To See!

Craft Gossip is a newsletter I get daily and look forward to reading. This past week they shared a Russian Tutorial for how to make perfect little dolly ice cream cones that I really want to share with all of you.

The tutorial is quite detailed and very impressive. While these are mostly for earrings and necklaces they are perfect for doll play too. Made from Polymer Clay, and with really detailed images you will be able to follow along and create fun treats for your own dolls!

Make Dolly Frozen Meals Like Madelon!

Make your own Doll sized frozen dinners with favor boxes and recycled packaging!
Today Madelon shares her quick upcycled craft of dolly frozen dinners.

Made from favor boxes she picked up at Tuesday Morning and packaging she found that fit them to create a fun doll food addition to her play collection.

At the price of under $1 these are a great find and deal! Fold, glue or tape the top of the printed food label onto the box and you are good to go! Mess free and lots of fun!

Today is the day my kids and my nieces here in BC go back to school. One of my most treasured memories of growing up was the cookies and milk my mother would make us as an after school snack. Doll Food Fun With Gummy Candy and Madelon's OG Dolls!

Fun with food and candy for you and your dolls. Madelon found some fun gummy candies that are perfect for doll size.

Look for these little fun candy packs where ever gummy candy is sold. These fit nicely in doll hands and would make excellent doll party favors! We have not tried but if you leave these out they will get hard and it is possible you can have them coated and make them into permanent doll food for your collections.

Madelon's Fun Find And Sweet Treat Party Idea!

Ice cream treats for your and your dolls are today's Madelon's fun find!

Both these types of Ice cream individual sizes were found at Madelon's local grocery store and they are perfect for dolly ice cream parties.

One for every girl at the party and simply wash out and use in doll play after!

I will have to look for these at my grocery store to see if they have them here in Canada but if not I know I will have to find a few to bring home with me from my trip!
I think these would make a wonderful party theme and a great take home gift. Simply have your guest enjoy their ice cream wash and dry them out and add pomp poms in ice cream colors to the empty containers for instant scoops of Dolly Ice Cream!

Rhonda's Doll Cereal. Now Why Did I Not Think Of That?

My friend in the Dolly World Rhonda has come up with some wonderful dolly ideas and this one is one I wish I had thought of sooner! Check out Rhonda's Doll Cereal made from some very simple ingredients!

Rhonda used Pony Beads, Caulk and a recycled applesauce bowl to create this perfect doll sized Fruit Loop Cereal. I love how it turned out don't you?
