Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!
Today we celebrate Dr. Seuss's Birthday. Madelon found some wonderful doll sized blank Dr. Seuss journals for $1 each !
" I recently went to Barnes and Noble and I saw signs for Dr. Seuss's birthday. I found three blank Dr. Seuss journals which I purchased for a dollar each. In my craft stash were a set of six regular size Oh, the Places You'll Go pencils. I cut the pencils down to doll size using a clamp."
These three little books are perfect for doll play!
Top left doll is a 2009 Madame Alexander Doll and the bottom right is a Tolly Tots doll. For those of you I know are going to write and ask me!
Thank you Madelon for sharing your find and dolls with us today.
This past summer one of my sons read Who Was Dr. Seuss (this is a series I buy and love) and we really enjoyed learning all about Dr. Seuss.
If you would like to learn more about him we recommend this book you can order it with free shipping from The Book Depository by clicking here.
As with all our posts we would love to hear form you so please leave us a comment here or email us at karenmowen@gmail.com
