NickyG's fantastic Dollar Store Gem!

Today I want to thank NickiG and share with you her wonderful dollar store gem craft she sent me in a Swap on our Swap bot group.
NickiG created this wonderful Dolly Dish set from caning lids she picked up at her dollar store. NOW THIS IS SOMETHING I WISHED I HAD THOUGHT OF, NickiG used red felt and glued it to the back of the lids creating doll plates!
I also love that NikiG made me a cake stand, using a lid, an empty spool of thread and more red felt.
She has glued the felt onto the spool and under the lid as shown in the photo above and then glued the lid to the spool. She also included this darling lip gloss that looks like a Dolly Delight!

    This is a great idea, and those "plates" are perfect for summertime. Unfortunately I don't think I've ever seen anything like this at our Dollar Tree.
