Happy Canada Day!
Happy Canada Day. Here in Canada where I live it is our Countries National Celebration. This July 1st Marks the 145th Anniversary of Canada's Birthday.
"Frequently referred to as "Canada's birthday", particularly in the popular press,[4][5][6] the occasion marks the joining of the British North American colonies of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and the Province of Canada into a federation of four provinces (the Province of Canada being divided, in the process, into Ontario and Quebec) on July 1, 1867. Canada became a kingdom in its own right on that date,[n 1][8][9][10][11] but the British Parliament kept limited rights of political control over the new country that were shed by stages over the years until the last vestiges were surrendered in 1982 when the Constitution Act patriated the Canadian constitution. " From Wikipedia
Today my family will attend our local Canada Day parade, enjoy a BBQ with family and go to a fireworks display at our local beach.
Check out my Doll Diaries Craft and make your dolls their own flag pillow! Click here for the link to Doll Diaries.
I hope you and your family enjoy your Sunday and if you happen to be in Canada, Happy Canada Day!

Hi Charlotte, that doesn't make you horrible at all! Thank you for your kind words, truth be told I wish I could have found time to sew as well!
