Host your dolls a Dolly Picnic with items you may already have and have made like I did for this photo shoot and swap on my swap group.
You will need:
A picnic blanket ( I used a cloth napkin)
Lunch for your dolls
A place to have a picnic (indoor or outdoor work the same)
For our swap I made my partners Doll Sized sandwiches, salads and watermelon from my craft tutorials on Doll Diaries. Click here for how to make Sandwiches for your dolls. Click here for how to make watermelon for your dolls. As well I used a dollar store "tea set" for the dolls to enjoy a refreshing glass of lemonade.
I used small containers I found at the dollar store in the kitchen and craft section to create the plates and storage containers for my dolls lunches.
I then packed my picnic up to send to my partner in the USA. I hope she likes it. I also included a doll sized soda bottle, some polymer clay treats and allot of love!
I hope this post has inspired you to get out and picnic with your dolls!
Remember to take photos of your doll's enjoying their summer activities and email me your photos for a chance to win an envelope of dolly mail and have your photos shared on my blog at the end of August!
