Fun Fall Fashions from Quality Doll Clothes another great Etsy shop

http://www.etsy.com/shop/QualityDollClothes
Offers some really adorable outfits for both 18 inch and 15 inch dolls. All of the items in this fantastic shop are lovingly created by Lila of Quality Doll Clothes
Items in her shop start at $10 and are beautifully made. I love the coats and Pj's that are offered in her shop.
I love the colors and patterns in this outfit only $16 for the set!
How about this fun Pj set and blanket also only $16

There are lots of fun outfits for bitty babies too.
I love the red dress and coat in this set also $16.
This is so adorable!
I had to ask Lila about her business and her back ground and this is what she shared with me.

"My Aunt taught me to sew as a teenager and I began sewing most of my clothes. But when I got married and started having a family, I did not have time to sew. When my first granddaughter was born (4 years ago), I decided to sew her a dress. It is just like riding a bike—it all came back to me. Well, I had some material left over, so I bought a doll pattern….and the rest is history.

I started selling the doll clothes on e-bay and did quite well, but someone told me about ETSY. In February 2009, I started selling on ETSY. Besides my ETSY shop, I sell at some of the local craft shows—mostly around Christmas—and once in a while I sell some from my home.

I do not collect the dolls, my passion is sewing the clothes. I have one 18-inch American Girl doll and one 15-inch Bitty Baby. I put each outfit on the doll to ensure proper fitting. I also have a 16-inch Cabbage Patch and a 14-inch baby doll, which I will occasionally sew for. I love to put colors together and use a lot of lace and appliqués.

I retired early (in January 2010), after 26 years of working as a document production specialist. So I now have more time for my hobbies. Although most of my time is spent on sewing, I also love to do scrapbooking and cross-stitching. I have completed a scrapbook album for each of my four grandchildren that captures their first year of life."

I want to thank Lila for sharing with us a bit of her self and hope you will stop by her shop http://www.etsy.com/shop/QualityDollClothes
