Madelon has come up with a fun, easy and inexpensive way to make a great back to school vest for your dolls. Using a dollar store pink crochet dollie she made a fun vest for her dolls.
Just look at the side view! Place the center of the dollie in the center of your dolls back and "eye" where the arm holes should be, then carefully cutting some of the loops to created arm holes.
At the back Madelon folded down the extra "lace" and created a collar!
What a great fun find. Check out your dollar store for more fun finds just like Madelon's!
Thank you Madelon for all your wonderful ideas!

That's adorable and ingenious at the same time! Thanks for the idea!
ReplyDeleteI have nine of those doilies in three different colors. I was going to sew them together to make a vest with three pieces. Now I can make a vest for all five dolls and have some left to share with my granddaughters. Thank you Madelon, you are such a talented young lady!
ReplyDeleteKeep up the good work! I look forward to learning more from you. An old dog can learn new tricks!! Thanks again.
