Let's set an Easter table for tea for our dolls

For today's post I thought it would be fun to make and set the table for Easter. Making Easter Napkins in Doll size for our dolls is really easy.

Today's craft is a really easy and fun craft you can make with supplies you may already have on hand
For the craft portion I used
-full sized paper Easter Napkins
- 4 small hair elastics from my dollar store (if you do not have these you can make paper napkin rings)
-scissors
-construction paper in pink, yellow and purple
- a glue stick
- a ruler
- a marker for the place cards
To set your table
You will need
- a doll table ( you can use a box if you do not have a table or on the floor picnic style works great too!)
- tea cups
-small plastic eggs from the dollar store

Step 1- Open your napkin and cut it into the four squares as shown in the photo above.
Step 2- Use your index finger to drape the napkin over and then pull the edges down and stick a hair tie around it to secure it into place
If you can not find the hair ties, you can easily make paper napkin rings using the construction paper and a glue stick as shown below
Next create place mats by cutting rectangles out of the construction paper mine measure 3 1/2 inches by 2 1/2 inches
Then make place cards by cutting one of the rectangles in half and folding like a tent card. Write the name of each dolly guest.
You can keep your place mats and name cards the same colors or alternate the choice is yours!
Transfer your place settings to the dolly table.

Then set out a tea cup and saucer at each setting and place a tiny egg inside each cup!

I hope you enjoyed today's post and as with all my posts I would love to hear from you so please leave me a comment here or email me at karenmowen@gmail.com

  1. This looks so easy and fun for my young grands to do basically by themselves, with just a little help. Thanks!
