Make your own Christmas Cracker Hats!

Yesterdays post was on how to make Christmas Crackers and I thought I would show you how I made the hat.
It is really easy actually. You need only three things. Scissors, Party Streamers and Scotch Tape.
First I measured 10 inches of streamer and cut it then taped the ends together. While laying it flat so the edges matched I cut triangle notches to make the points of the crown. Last thing I did was try the hat on the doll.
Then it was ready to roll up in the Christmas crackers. With so many choices of streamer colors at the dollar store the possibilities are endless!
